The Pilgrim's Path is fairly easy and suitable for everyone. The only section where you need to be more careful is the descent to the Grotta dei Falsari. The hike between Noli and Varigotti is about 5 km long and you can choose to walk it in one direction by returning to the starting point by bus line No. 40.
